A small family is a happy family because there are many disadvantages to large families. A few of them are:
Lack of education - In low-income groups, children do not get the necessary education. They do not even get a chance to go to primary schools.
Malnutrition: The parents are unable to provide the required amounts of food to the children and hence they suffer from malnutrition.
Insufficient medical care: Children do not get the required medical attention. Even the elders can't afford to get medical help as they are highly expensive.
Three advantages of the small family:
Proper education: In small families, children get the facilities of proper primary and secondary education.
Adequate nutrition: Family members are able to eat a proper diet with balanced nutrients and proteins necessary for well-being.
Sufficient medical care: Since the burden of medical expenses is less in a small family, therefore it ensures better treatment of the members of the family and hence increases life span.
