Terminal velocity of the ball V=2gr2(ρσ)9η ........(1)
where ρ and σ are the density of ball and liquid, respectively.
Mass of the metal ball m=ρ(4π3r3)

But from equation (1), we get Vr2
Vm2/3 ......(2)
Given : V1=V m1=m m2=8m
From (2) we get V2V1=(m2m1)2/3
Or V2V=(8mm)2/3=82/3
V2=(23)2/3V=4V
