The correct option is C 2300 Let n(X)=8000
n(T)=people who read 'Times of India'=3500
n(I)=people who read 'Indian Express'=3000
n(T∩I)=800
∴no.of people who read newspaper=n(T)+n(I)−n(T∩I)
⇒3500+3000−800=5700
Total people=8000
∴no.of people who neither read both newspaper=8000−5700=2300
