Let n(X)=8000

n(T)=people who read 'Times of India'=3500

n(I)=people who read 'Indian Express'=3000

$n(T\cap I)=800$

$\therefore$no.of people who read newspaper$=n\left(T\right)+n\left(I\right)-n(T\cap I)$

$\Rightarrow 3500+3000-800=5700$

Total people=8000

$\therefore$no.of people who neither read both newspaper=$8000-5700=2300$
