The correct option is A 0.017
Given, $d = 0.4$ $m$ , $v = 0.2$ $m / s e c$ , $u = 10^{- 6}$ $m^{2} / s e c$
Reynolds no. $R_{e} = \frac{v d}{ν} = \frac{0.4 \times 0.2}{10^{- 6}} = 80000$
Since $4000 < R_{e} < 10^{5}$
$∴$ Friction factor, $f = \frac{0.316}{(R_{e})^{1 / 4}}$
$= \frac{0.316}{(80000)^{1 / 4}}$
$= 0.0188$
