(A) Anticlockwise rotation is produced when a body moves in backward direction.The linear velocity is related to this angular velocity is woR=3Vo
The velocity of centre of mass in forward direction but the backward motion try to opposite direction.So, body up ultimately returns during its motion.
(B) Clockwise rotation is produced when body moves in forward direction and CM also has velocity in forward direction.
The combine effect of those try to move the body in forward direction. And also it will have its initial angular velocity in clockwise direction.
(C)The centre of mass of the body is Vo in forward direction.This forward motion will produced rotation in body in clockwise direction.
(D)This clockwise rotation tends to move the body in forward direction and the body will final angukar velocity in clockwise direction.
