On connecting the inner sphere to the outer-sphere, the entire amount of charge will shift to the outer sphere.

Heat generated during the process is,
ΔH=UiUf=q28πε0R1q28πε0R2[U=Q28πε0R]

Here R1=10 cm, R2=20 cm

ΔH=(20×106)2×9×1092[10.1010.20]

ΔH=9 J
