The correct option is A 62.5Js
If I be the moment of inertia of the cylinder about its axis, then
I=12MR2=12×20×(0.25)2=0.625kgm2
KE associated with the rotating cylinder is given by,
KE =12Iω2=12×0.625×(100)2=3125J
Also using the relation,
L=2I(KE)
We have L=2×0.625×3125
L=62.5Js
