$I_A=\frac{2m_A{R}_A^2}{5}$

$I_B=\frac{2m_B{R}_B^2}{3}$ , hollow sphere

As given: $m_A=m_B=m$ and $R_A=R_B=R$

$I_A=\frac{2m{R}^2}{5}$ ,

$I_B=\frac{2m{R}^2}{3}$

So $I_A<I_B$
