According to the question,
T=BW
=V(σρ)(g+a)
=mρ[σρ)(g+a)
=m(σρ1)(g+a)
Here, σρ is specific gravity =0.5 and mass m=2kg
g=10ms2,a=2ms2
T=2[0.51][10+2]
=2[0.5][12]
=12
