The correct option is D 1:1.04
Since no external torque is acting on the system, angular momentum will be conserved
So, I1w1=I2w2
Now, due to thermal expansion, I2 will not be same as that of I1
Moment of inertia αL2
So, change in moment of inertia = Io(2α)ΔT
Note that we are writing 2α because it is just like area expansion
So change in moment of inertia = 2Iαt
So, I2=I1(1+2αt) with t = 100
So, w2 = w11+200α
So, ratio = 1 : 1.04
