$a=\frac{gsin\theta }{1+\frac{I}{{mR}^2}}$
So, acceleration is maximum if $I$(moment of inertia) will be minimum.
$\therefore$ Solid sphere has the maximum acceleration because its moment of inertia is minimum i.e. $\frac{2}{5}{mR}^2.$
