where π is the osmotic pressure of the solution
C= Molarity of dissolved solute
R= Universal Gas constant
T= Temperature in Kelvin

For two solutions to be isotonic, their osmotic pressures have to be equal.

π1=π2

C1RT1=C2RT2

Here, T1=T2

C1=C2

Here, C1=1060

and C2=5M×100×1000

Equating C1=C2 and solving for M we get,

M=300g/mol
