Open in App
Solution

Dear student.

Mass of glucose (sucrose) = 44g

Mass of Water (solvent) = 255g

Total mass of the solution = 44g + 255g = 299g

Concentration = Mass of the solute/Mass of the solution x 100

= 44/255 x 100 = 17.2%
