The correct option is B 25%
Given:
Mass of solution = 200 g
Mass of solvent (water) = 150 g

To find: Concentration in terms of mass by mass.
Mass of solution = Mass of solute (sugar) + Mass of solvent (water)
Therefore,
Mass of solute (sugar) = Mass of solution - Mass of solvent (water)
Hence,
Mass of solute = 200 g - 150 g
⇒ Mass of solute = 50 g
We know that,
Concentration (mass by mass percentage) of solution =Mass of soluteMass of solution×100

=50200×100
=25%
