A solution is prepared by mixing 25g common salt in 125g of water . Determine the concentration of solution in m/m% .

ANSWER:-
Mass (solute) =25 gram
Mass (solvent) =125 gram
Mass (solution) = Mass (solute) + Mass (solvent)
= 25 gram + 125 gram
= 150 gram
∴ Mass % (solution) = [ Mass (solute)/Mass (solvent)] × 100
= [25/150] × 100
= 16.6 %
