The correct option is A $5 \times 10^{- 10}$
$p H + p O H = 14$ .
Hence, $p O H = 14 - p H = 14 - 4.70 = 9.30$ .
But $p O H = - l o g [O H]^{-}$ .
$[O H]^{-} = 10^{- 9.3} = 5 \times 10^{- 10}$ .
