From the Doppler effect the apparent frequency of the sound when both observer and source is moving in the same direction is given by,

f=f[v+vov+vs]

where v = velocity of sound

vo = velocity of observer

vs velocity of source

f=f[v+vov+vs]=1392×(343+10343+5)Hz
