The correct option is B at the top of the sphere
Any rotation is a motion of a certain space that preserves at least one point, called center o rotation. A clockwise rotation rotation has a positive magnitude while an anticlockwise turn has a negative magnitude. So, due to horizontal velocity Vc in right and anticlockwise sense in angular velocity, the instantaneous center of rotation is at the top of the sphere.
