The correct option is B Concave lens

A spherical air bubble has air inside it so, its μ is less than water. So by lens maker formula

1f=(μ2μ11)(1R11R2)

Here μ2 is R.I. of material of lens i.e air and μ1 is R.I of surrounding medium.

So, μ2<μ1, (μ of air<μ ofwater )

So, (μ2μ11) is negative and (1R11R2) is positive

So, 1f is negative

f is negative

Hence air bubble will act as a concave lens, because concave lens have negative focal lengths.
