Let R1=12 cm and R2=36 cm

When outer space is earthed

C1=4πϵ0R1R2R2R1 .......(1)

When inner space is earthed

C2=4πϵ0R1R2R2R1+4πϵ0R2

C2=4πϵ0R22R2R1 .......(2)

Using eqs. (1) and (2),

C1C2=R1R2

C1C2=1236=13
