All charges are uniformly distributed over the surface of the conducting sphere. When sphere A lies inside the hollow sphere B , the charge $Q_{1}$ is distributed on the outer surface of sphere A but inside the hollow sphere ,charge is zero. So $- Q_{1}$ charge appears on the inner surface of B and $Q_{1} + Q_{2}$ is distributed over the outer surface of B.
