The correct option is C $I_{P} = I_{Q} = 0$
$I$ (net) inside a shell is $0$ . Hence $I_{P} + I_{Q} = 0$
$I_{P} = I_{Q}$ (magnitude) $I_{(n e t)}$ is zero because there is no attraction. It is zero because it is equally and oppositely attracted and sunning up to zero. So, $I_{P}$ and $I_{Q}$ would not be zero but their sun would be zero.
