Let σh be the hoop stress at which the maximum strain reaches the value, ε=1.5×104

σhE(1μ)=ε

σh=Eε1μ

σh=2.05×105×1.5×10410.30=43.928 N/mm2

Let p be the internal pressure to produce the above hoop stress

σh=pd4t

p=4σhtd=4×43.928×8500=2.81 N/mm2
