Angular acceleration, α=kω2=ω2
(k=1)
To find relation between ω and θ, we use α=ω dωdθ (negative sign due to retardation)

Integrating on both sides
ωω0dωω=θθ0dθ
lnω|ωω0=(θθ0)
ln(ωω0)=(θθ0)
ω=ω0e(θθ0)
ω=ω0eθ=120eθ
