B is parallel to plane of coil.

Angle between magnetic field B and magnetic moment μ=90

Using, τ=μ×B,

τ=μBsinθ

=NiABsinθ

τ=100×1×(0.2×0.2)×0.5×sin90=2 Nm

External torque of 2 Nm in opposite sense will be required to hold this coil in this position.
