The correct option is D 107 units
Lets draw a trapezoid ABCD of the given dimensions.Given,
BC=10 unit
AD=x unit
Height of the trapezoid =x unit
AD is parallel to BC

As we know,
Area of a trapezoid =12× (sum of the parallel sides)×h

=12×(BC+AD)×DE

=12×(10+x)×x

Area of square = side x side
=2x×2x
=4x2

Given, the area of square and trapezoid are equal
So,

Area of the trapezoid = Area of the square

12×(10+x)×x=4x2

10+x=4x2×2x=8x

8xx=10

x=107 units

Option (d) is correct.
