Perimeter of the square = Perimeter of the circle formed

Given, length of wire used = 44 cm = circumference of the circle

Let r be the radius of the circle.

2πr = 2×227×r = 44 cm

​​​​​​ r = 7 cm

Area of the circle formed

= πr2 = 227×7×7 = 154 cm2
