Height of the object ho=3 cm
Width of the object bo=3 cm
Given : u=25 cm and f=10 cm
Using mirror formula 1v+1u=1f
Or 1v+125=110
v=2515 cm
Magnification hiho=vu
hi3=25/1525
hi=2 cm
Similarly, bi=2 cm
Thus area of image formed Ai=hibi=(2)(2)=4 cm2
