Area of the remaining portion = 1764 − 784 = 980 m²

∴ Area of one part out of 5 equal parts = (980 ÷ 5) m² = 196

Side of the square of area 196 m² =

∴Perimeter of each small square part = (14 + 14 + 14 + 14) m = 56 m
