A starts a business with an initial investment of Rs. 30,000. After 6 months , B enters into the partnership with an investment of Rs. 20,000.Again after 3 months C enters with an investment of Rs.50,000.If C receives Rs. 2000 in the profit at the end of the year ,what is the total annual profit?

Ratio of investment of A:B:C is,
30,000×12:20,000×6:50,000×3
12:4:5

Let Total profit earned be x Rs.
So C's share is,
512+4+5×x=2000
521×x=2000
5x=42000
x=8400 Rs.
Thus, Total profit earned is 8400 Rs.
