When the streamer go along the flow if speed is 3km/h+2km/h=5km/h
Time taken to travel down stream is t1=distanceeffectivespeed
t1=2km5km/h=0.4h
When the streamer go against the flow it speed is 3km/h2km/h=1km/h
Time taken to travel upstream is t3=distanceeffectivespeed
t2=2km1km/h=2h
Total time =2+0.4=2.4h
