Let m1 and u1 denotes the mass and initial velocity of steel ball and m2 and u2 denotes the mass and initial velocity of clay ball.
Before collision

After collision,

After collision, both balls stick together. Therefore it is perfectly inelastic collision.
Applying conservation of momentum before and after collision.
m1u1+m2u2=(m1+m2)v
0.100×20+(0.020)×(10)=(0.100+0.020)×v
v=18.33 m/s
