Fundamental frequency,

$F_1=200Hz$

Let $F_2$ Hz be nth harmonic.

$\Rightarrow \frac{F_2}{F_1}=\frac{14000}{200}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{N{F}_1}{F_1}=70$

$\Rightarrow N=70$

$\therefore$ The highest harmonic audible is ${70}^{th}$ harmonic.
