Let the length of each side of the square = sNow area of square = 121 cm2s2 = 121s = 11 cmNow, perimeter of square = 4s = 4 × 11 = 44 cmSo, length of wire = 44 cmWhen the wire is bent in the form of a circle, then circumference of the circle = 44 cm2πr = 44 where r = radius of circle2 × 227×r = 44r = 7 cm area of circle = π r2 = 227 × 7 × 7 = 154 cm2
