Mass of the stone, m=1kg

Radius, r=1m

Tension, T=14N

Let v1 is velocityat the top point and v2 is at the bottom point.

The tension at the top pointis:

T=mv21r+mg

14=(1)v211+g14=v21+10

v21=4v1=2

So, total kinetic energy atthe bottom is:

12mv22=(mgh)bottom+12mv21

12mv22=20+2

v22=44v=44=6.63ms1
