Length $l=30cm=0.30m$

Angular velocity $\omega =10r/s$

We know that,

$T=m\frac{v^2}{r}$

$T=m{\omega }^{2}r$

$5T=1\times 100\times 0.30$

$5T=30$

$T=6N$

Hence, the value of $T$ is $6N$
