The correct option is C 56.25J
Given m=0.5 kg;v=15 m/s
K.E=0.5mv2
K.E=0.5×0.5×15×15=56.25J
This will be the kinetic energy when it is on the ground at which P.E is zero. Hence this is the total energy.
As energy is conserved at every point even at half-way point total energy would be 56.25 J.
