The correct option is B H2=4H1
From third equation of motion, v2=u2+2ah
In first case initial velocity u1=5 ms1
final velocityv1=0, a=g
So, 0=252gH1H1=252g
and maximum height obtained is H1, then,H1=252g...........(1)1
In second case u1=10ms1, v1=0, a=g
So, 0=1002gH2H2=1002g
and maximum height obtained is H_2, then,H2=1002g.............(2)
from (1) and (2), we get,
H2=4H1
