The volume of cube is given by $a^{3} = 15.625 m^{3} a = 2.5 m$
The depth of water is $1.3 m$
$⟹$ The used water is of Height $1.2 m$
So ,the volume of water used is $\times 2.5 \times 2.5 \times 1.2 = 7.5 m^{3}$
