$\frac{a+0}{2}=3$

$\therefore a=6$

$\frac{0+b}{2}=4$

equation of line,

$\frac{x}{6}+\frac{y}{8}=1$

$\Rightarrow \frac{4x+3y}{24}=1$

$\Rightarrow 4x+3y=24$
