DNA strand is the template strand that has nucleotide sequence on it which is read by RNA polymerases. The Rna polymerase reads the template strand and with the help of base pairing rule codes for m-RNA. According to the rule, adenine pairs with thymine and guanosine pairs with cytosine. Thus if template DNA reads TAC GTT ACG the RNA polymerase will read it as AUG CAA UGC. As no thymine is present in RNA so in place of T it will code U.
Thus, the correct answer is option D.
