Force exerted by the electric field on the electrons =1800×e
Acceleration experienced by electrons =1800em
Time taken to move 0.1m

=0.13×107S

=3.333×109
In the above electrons deflected 2mm,

from [S=12at2]2×103=12×1800em×(3.333×109)2

4×103×10181800×(3.3333)2=em

em=2.0000×1011

So, em=2×1011

So, the answer is option (C).
