The correct option is A 1:2:1
Codominance is the condition in which products of both alleles are expressed in the phenotype of the heterozygote, side-by-side. Both the alleles are equally dominant and thus in a heterozygous condition both the product of the allele are detectable.
Take the example of coat color in short horned cattle which shows codominance. F1 cattle coat color is roan; upon crossing the F1, red, roan, and white coat color cattle are produced in the ratio of 1:2:1 in the F2 generation.
