The correct option is B 2 and 3
The metal coin experiences the magnetic field when placed in the vicinity of either of the magnets. The arrangement of the magnets should be in such a way that there should be no magnetic field at the position where the coin is placed.
It will happen if like poles of the magnets are placed facing each other.

at that point, the metal coin will not experience any magnetic field. Hence, the metal coin will not be attracted to any of the magnets.
