Solution

Dear student,

The two types of cells are guard cell and epidermal cell. Epidermal cells are irregular in shape with no intercellular spaces. Pores are found on epidermal cells called stoma with a pair of guard cells surrounded by epidermal cells. Guard cell contains chloroplast and nucleus. In this way we can differentiate between guard cell and epidermal cell by viewing in microscope.
