B stress applied and length increased.
C stress applied and strain developed.
D length increased and the weight hung
Since the graph can be interpreted by labeling either of the axis as x and the other as y, thus stress can be on x or y, and strain on the other one. Both can be the case.
Also, instead of strain we can use the elongation only and later divide by original length directly to get Young's modulus. thus B option is also possible.
Again, instead of Stress we can use only the force or weight and divide by Area later. Thus all options are possible.
