Given Measuring scale with least count 1 mm length =5.7 cm=57 mm Breadth =3.4 cm=34 mm
Now Area = Length × Bredth. A=l×b=57×34=1938 mm2
Using error analysis Take logarithm both sides logA=log(l)+log(b)
difterentiate both sides - dAA=dll+dbbdA=A[dll+dbb]
dAA=1938[157+134]=0.047=4.7%
