Solution

We know that SI=PRT100, and S.I.=AP

Given, R=8%
A=12122 Rs.
T=2 years

Let P=x Rs.
Then 12122x=x×8×2100

12122x=x.16100

12122x=4x25

12122x=4x25+x

12122=4x+25x25

12122=29x25

12122×2529=x

x=10450.

After 2 years 8 month at 9% per annum
T=83 years

R=9%
P=10450 Rs

I=10450×8×9300

=10450×24100

=250800100

I=2508 Rs

A=10450+2508=12958 Rs.
