Solution

The correct option is B 715% p.a.
Let the principal = Rs x
Then, S.I. = Rs. 925x
Amount =P+S.I.= x+925=34x25
Given, 34x25=306
x=306×2534=Rs225
S.I.=925×225= Rs. 81
Now, P= Rs. 225,T=5 yrs, S.I. = Rs. 81,R=?
S.I.×100P×T=81×100225×5=365% p.a. =715% p.a.
