Given $A:B:C=\frac{1}{2}:\frac{1}{3}:\frac{1}{4}$

$\frac{1}{2}:\frac{1}{3}:\frac{1}{4}$

Multiply 12 with the above ratio

$\frac{12}{2}=\frac{12}{3}:\frac{12}{4}$

$A:B:C=6:4:3$

Let $6x:4x:3x$

given that A get 400 more than B

$6x=4x-400$

$6x-4x=400$

$2x=400$

$x=200$

$A=6x=1200$

$B=4x=800$

$C=3x=600$

$\therefore A+B+C=2600$
